This Privacy Policy explains how Built With Brittany ("Built With Brittany," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit brittanyjack.com, join our email list, buy a product, or use interactive features on the site.

The short versionYour name and email if you give them to me, your order details if you buy something, and basic stats about how people use the site.

Information you give us: your name, email address, and anything you choose to submit, such as form messages, wall posts, voice notes or quiz answers. Purchase information: name, email, billing details and order history, processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card numbers. Automatic information: device and browser type, pages visited, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

The short versionTo send you what you asked for, deliver what you bought, answer you, make the site better, and show my ads to people who've visited.

We use your information to deliver purchases and access, send emails you signed up for, respond to messages, run community features, improve the site, measure and show our advertising, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Our email list is managed through Flodesk. When you subscribe, your name and email are stored there along with your sign-up source and the segments you join. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We may also send transactional emails about your purchases, which are not marketing.

The short versionPayments go through a payment provider. They keep your card details. I never see them.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which collects and stores payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive confirmation of your purchase, your name, email and the amount, but not your full card number.

The short versionAnything you post is read by me before it goes up. You choose whether your name or voice is shared.

Community submissions are reviewed before they appear and may be shown publicly without your name unless you add it. Voice notes are only shared publicly, for example in a reel, if you give permission when you send them. You can ask us to remove any submission at any time by emailing [email protected].

We use essential cookies so the site works, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how it is used, and advertising technology (the Meta Pixel) to measure our ads and show them on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site. You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies with the Cookies button on any page, and we treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a decline. We share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as Showit (website hosting), Flodesk (email), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising), and our payment and course providers. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above: while you remain subscribed, while you have product access, and as long as required for tax, accounting and legal records. Then we delete or anonymize it.
